Jeff creates and implements all internal processes and procedures for business functions and employee management. He also manages a book of business, plays an active role in business development and business planning for the company. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Salisbury University. He previously worked in Sales at an insurance brokerage with a focus on group benefits for companies with 50 employees or less. His experience afforded him with the opportunity to meet with leadership teams for small businesses from a wide range of industries to gain a unique perspective on what makes a company tick. Personally Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife Neha and newborn son, Noah. He also enjoys spending time in nature, doing physical activities and attending concerts.
